| Thank You A very big thank you to all those people who have donated and have continued to support us over the last few years. Hospice Aid UK receives far more requests than they can support, and they only give a small proportion towards the actual need and applications have more than doubled in the last year alone.
With this in mind, we want to increase our efforts in raising funds and would invite you to donate however much you can, no matter how small, and please don't forget to "Gift Aid" it.
Please read below some of the letters of thanks that we have received to realise what a difference you can make today, for the future of tomorrow.

'Your grant’s purchase will assist us in providing specialist palliative care services through our nursing and care teams to the adult patients with life limiting and terminal illnesses here at the hospice. Furthermore, it will enable us to continue to provide the best quality of life possible free of charge to those families who need our support.'

'The Hospice of St. Francis sincerely values the support Hospice Aid UK has provided in the past and we hope that this relationship will continue in what is going to be a very challenging period for us as we compete the building programme for our new Hospice and grow our services to match the demands of the community at large.'
The Hospice of St. Francis, Hertfordshire
‘Your continued and very generous support for St.Luke’s is greatly appreciated by all the staff and patients here. These funds will help us to continue our work in caring for patients who are nearing the end of their lives and for their relatives who often desperately need the support, care and comfort we can offer.
All the patients and staff at St. Luke’s Hospice are tremendously grateful to Hospice Aid UK for funding the costs of us operating a private ambulance service to transport patients and their families from the Hospice to their homes and vice versa. This need for this service was identified after several very ill in-patients requested visits to their homes (some for the final time) over the last twelve months. This service will therefore make a significant impact on many of our patients and their families. Thank you.’
St. Luke’s Hospice, Harrow & Brent
‘We are very grateful for your generous donation, to help fund our bed replacement programme. Demand for our Hospice’s services continues at a high rate, and with no charges made to patients we continue to rely heavily on grants and community support, which is why your help for our work of caring for those who are terminally ill is, once again, so very welcome and appreciated.’
St. Mary’s Hospice, Birmingham
‘On behalf of the residents and staff of Sue Ryder Care at Holme Hall may I sincerely thank you for your continued support and kind gift received today towards our recreation fund. Your help really does make a difference to us, as proceeds of all our fund raising activities are put to the direct benefit of everyone we care for here at Holme Hall, so to enhance their happiness, comfort and best quality of life possible in all it’s stages.
